2020 Festival of Colors

The Grays Harbor Festival of Colors is always the first fully weekend in June and this is where kite fans want to be. Did you know you can fly a kite in Ocean Shores 365 days per year? The wind here is ideal for kite flyers and there will be all sizes and shapes of them in the sky for viewers and flyers to enjoy.
